Well, hello there. Did you ladies have a good weekend? I spent mine studying for my midterm but last night my mom and sister were in town so my boyfriend and I had dinner with them at Cafe Crepe and then I stayed at their hotel for the night. I got to go in the hot tub and it was lovely. Anyways, I know we are all crazy busy these days but I've been finding that it's even more important when you're busy to eat healthy, yummy meals that give you energy for the day! So I am starting a new adventure that I hope you guys will join me in. It's a combo between healthy eating and an attempt to improve my domestic skills. The first meal that I made is very simple (got to start somewhere, right?) This meal is crazy easy to make and will give you lots of energy! Plus, it's healthy! Well, at least I think it is. It has green things...
So, here goes! Follow the directions verrrry carefully. I kid. Add whatever you want!

Pretty simple, right?? My boyfriend is going to be thrilled that I'm expanding the menu beyond froot loops, toast, perogies and tea!

that actually looks really good and healthy! i'll definitely be trying it out this week!
