Playing dress-up.

My sister is graduating high school at the end of June, and she has the most amazing gown for the day. Where I'm from, graduation is like prom, we don't wear caps and gowns. She bought her dress when she was in NYC last fall and it is truly amazing. I won't give too much away as there will no doubt be countless pictures on here come that special day. Needless to say, I'm going to need a pretty dress. I've been looking around the web and Zara seems to have an assortment that suits my fancy just fine. I'm a bit of a tiny person so super short dresses on models are just right for me.

My ideal party dress for this event should include:

1. Short hemline
2. Bright, stand-out color
3. Nipped waist
4. Looser fit on bottom (keep it classy)
5. Show off the shoulders

I think I'm leaning towards the first and last dresses above, but what do you ladies think? The green tulip dress seems like it would be playful enough for her exciting day but still classy and feminine while the pleated dress would be timeless and I could wear it over and over.
