I can remember sitting in front of my computer back in high school (4 years ago!) and making secret plans to create my own blog. Obsessed with bloggers like Joanna from
Cup of Jo, (who is still one of my personal and professional idols) I wanted to create a place where I could practice my writing and also get my foot in the world of journalism. One day when I was perusing my favorite blogs, I came up with a name for a blog, and wrote it on a piece of folded up printer paper. That piece of paper sat in my wallet, and I toted it around, like a little dream, for almost a year before I actually hit publish on this blog. Since then it has been a labor of love, and in the past year I have become much more dedicated to meeting you lovely people, and also learning everything I can about the blogging process.
As I get farther into my degree, and farther in the blogging world, I have been craving my own contact cards. These are my first business cards, and they make me feel quite grown-up! I can't wait to start handing them out when I am doing research for posts. I made them through a fabulous company called
Moo, which I heard about
here. After toying around with different methods of creating the cards, I finally settled on designing both sides in Photoshop, and then inserting them into the Moo print shop site. It was super easy and they delivered them so fast!
I hope you all like them, and if you have your own business cards feel free to post a picture and paste the link in the comments!
Very nice! :) I like the colors :)
