My closet: brave the storm.

While I was visiting my mom this past weekend, we experienced quite the weather. It was rainy and very windy but we braved it anyways for a walk and some closet shots by the harbor. While I normally love this striped, sheer top, it did not really do the trick for strong winds and rain -- I was quite chilly! Thankfully I was smart enough to bring a jacket with me :) By the way, it turns out that I was wrong last week, and instead we have been receiving snow where I live for the past two days! I am really itching for spring, and some of my new purchases are just calling my name. Unfortunately, I suppose I will have to wait until mother nature gives me permission to pull out some of my warmer weather items, as well as to pick these up.

In other news, I am officially obsessed with Downton Abbey. If you haven't watched it yet, then I warm you, it is wildly addicting and the characters are the type you will fall in love will episode after episode! I would highly recommend it, even in spite of all the cooking, cleaning, after hours work and just about anything else that you will miss in order to watch just one more episode.
