01/ This weekend

Last night I finished the 2nd season of Homeland. Do any of you watch it? I'm so addicted and can't wait for the next season to begin! If you haven't watched it yet, definitely start—it keeps you on the edge of your seat the whole time. Now that it's Friday, I'm able to look back at what has been the most jam-packed week in a while, and feel some sense of accomplishment. Do you ever forget to be happy with what you've produced when you know there are 10 more things that need to get done after? I'm definitely guilty of that so I am going to try and take a breathe when I finish a project and feel good about one thing checked off the list :)

This weekend I have a few things on the go that I'm beyond thrilled for. First of all, I want to get my apartment in tip-top shape before I fly off to ALT Summit next week! That means laundry, (real) cleaning, and some organizing. On Sunday I am meeting up with some awesome Vancouver bloggers for a little gathering, and I'm so looking forward to connecting with some of my favorite ladies in person!

A big portion of the weekend will be dedicated to prepping for ALT as well! I have business cards to prepare, outfits to organize, and agendas to sort out. I can't believe it's next week because I have been looking forward to it for over six months! Last but not least, I will be putting the finishing touches on some process documents for my studio. This includes client packages, branded invoices, and other fun stuff! Breanna Rose has been such an inspiration for me and my studio, and she gives great tips on running your own small business.
